Blueberry Blondies
These white brownies, or blondies, are the perfect healthy sweet snack to enjoy at any point of the day.

Instructions
  1. Blend/process all the ingredients together, except for the blueberries. Do it until it is a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Mix in the fruit with a spoon.
  3. Pour the mixture in a greased or siliconed form.
  4. Bake at 160C for 25 minutes, or until the knife comes out clean.
Recipe Notes
  • The almond flour can be substituted for 1/4 cup of oatmeal flour or 1/4 cup of cornstarch.
  • Store in an air tight container or freeze for not longer than a couple of months.
  • Perfect sweet snack for children and parents.
