Morning Banana Bread
Healthy, easy and tasty bread to enjoy during breakfast or during your favourite part of the day.
  1. In a blender mix well the eggs, the vainilla, the yogurt, sweetener and banana.
  2. In a bowl mix well all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Integrate both mixtures well with a spatula or spoon.
  4. Lastly add the toppings you have chosen. Can be either added to the full mixture or only to the top of it after being place in the baking shape. This will create a crust on top.
  5. Bake at 200C for approximately 30 minutes in a bread or cake shape.
Recipe Notes
  • Store in an air tight container for a couple of days in the fridge or outside.
  • Perfect sweet snack for children and parents.
